About Us

We are Harvard-trained PhD-level clinical psychologists and experts in mood and anxiety disorders.

We are trained at leading institutions like Harvard University, McLean Hospital, Boston University’s Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders, and Massachusetts General Hospital. We are also faculty at Harvard Medical School, conducting research on innovative new treatments for mood and anxiety disorders.

We flexibly use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based therapies tailored to your specific treatment goals.

If you are having a difficult time right now, we would love to work with you to understand why and identify a plan to move forward.

  • cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

  • acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

  • mindfulness-based therapies

What To Expect

We offer telehealth or virtual appointments, typically held once a week for about 50 minutes.

In your first session, we will explore your experiences through a series of questions to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your situation and begin setting treatment goals.

In the second session, we will review any previous therapy experiences, identifying what worked for you and what did not. This will help us create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
